Just had a surgery done here and will be getting another soon. Everyone from the front office to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctors were some of the nicest people ever. So helpful in every way. Makes sure your as comfortable as can be and is extremely helpful. Definitely eased my nerves and am glad such lovely people will be helping me with my next one as well.
I had a surgery on my tonsils, the staff was very professional and kind, they even took time to call me a few days later to check on me!
The lady at the front was fast and efficient at getting my check in paperwork done. The nurses that took care of me, Tabitha, Tyann, and Kathy were outstanding! They were caring and professional. They answered questions and explained everything that made me very comfortable. All the surgical staff were excellent, and Dr. Ramsey is the absolute best.
Very bad experience. My son had two surgeries here. Each time the billing department charged my card twice. Not sure why they duplicate charge. The billing department is a mess.
I got surgery on my knee by Dr Cowden he said I probably wouldn’t need crutches but with the band-aid & stiffness I could barely walk with help So I’m sitting in the garage & the surgery center refused to let my girlfriend pick some up because of insurance They were no help at all & now we have to scramble for my recovery. Definitely take some of offered
