We have had a terrible experience with this company. The installation of a brand new indoor and outdoor unit was a disastrous situation. Now that same unit that was installed less than two years ago is already failing due to a leaking coil. We had another company inspect their work and said it looked like a poor installation job. So here we are having to pay to get it fixed after less than 2 years. Ofcourse…their warranty is only a year. What a disappointment.
Covenant Heating & Cooling is the best!! My hubby and I woke up this morning to a very chilly house. We realized that the heat had not been working all night long and the AC wasn’t even coming on. With unknown weather ahead we didn’t have a choice but to get someone out asap to look at the unit. The Best service & friendly workers every time!
JUST DO NOT!!!! USE THIS AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY. THEY COME OUT FIX THE PROBLEM, THEN MY AIR GOES RIGHT BACK OUT. THIS HAS HAPPENED ATLEAST 3 TIMES. STEER CLEAR OF THEM!!!
