We have had a terrible experience with this company. The installation of a brand new indoor and outdoor unit was a disastrous situation. Now that same unit that was installed less than two years ago is already failing due to a leaking coil. We had another company inspect their work and said it looked like a poor installation job. So here we are having to pay to get it fixed after less than 2 years. Ofcourse…their warranty is only a year. What a disappointment.
Covenant Heating & Cooling is the best!! My hubby and I woke up this morning to a very chilly house. We realized that the heat had not been working all night long and the AC wasn’t even coming on. With unknown weather ahead we didn’t have a choice but to get someone out asap to look at the unit. JUST DO NOT!!!! USE THIS AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY. THEY COME OUT FIX THE PROBLEM, THEN MY AIR GOES RIGHT BACK OUT. THIS HAS HAPPENED ATLEAST 3 TIMES. STEER CLEAR OF THEM!!!
