Covenant does a great job when we need them from Plumbing to Heating/Air. This past year they have come out to fix some plumbing issues we had in our home. They are always on-time and very professional. Last couple times we have had Jeremy come out to the house to fix the issues. Just a great guy and very professional. Explains everything in detail and just did a great job. Would highly recommend!

I called them on Saturday because my water heater quit heating, and I couldn't get the pilot light to relight. A tech called me back, asked me how old the unit was, and automatically said I need an entire new system! He didn't even.make an attempt to come out and look at it! I called another company. They came out, reset a high temp sensor, and started it back up. Granted, it is probably the beginning of the end for my water heater, but he made ZERO effort to help fix the problem, even if for a little while.
They were fast and professional. Skylar came out and remedied our water issues quickly and was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend using covenant. I reached out to two companies in Pekin, and still haven’t received a call back from the other one…
