My fianceé had to come here to get her blood drawn for some labs. All the staff we spoke to were very nice, but Mindy and Sue really made our visit pleasant. They were quick and efficient and very reassuring, especially since my fianceé has had not so good experience with these things in the past. They were amazing at keeping her calm and very easy to talk to. I hope we get them again if we need to come back to this location in the future!
Went to MedExpress on State St today for a large deep gash on my ankle. I saw Dr Thompson I believe was his name. He was the nicest man. Very kind, explained why I couldnt have it stitched other than with 2 very loose stitches. It had been beyond my 12 hour window. He made sure Everything was thoroughly cleaned and numbed as it was quite deep. I hate needles and he made me very comfortable. Great bed side manner. Truly, just a very nice man.
