The office staff is nice, however the nurse saw me for a sinus infection that I get 2x per year. She told me to buy $100 worth of over the counter junk that would not help me. But I did it anyway. When I called back after 5 hours and told her I felt worse, she was rude to me when I asked her to prescribe an antibiotic. She told me to go to the ER!!! I wanted to avoid that, isn't that why I went there in the first place? A $4 bottle of pills for all of this. Disappointed.
My autistic daughter was just treated so poorly at this facility. I brought her in because she is displaying signs of an allergic reaction on top of swollen lymph nodes irritated throat and some fungus type rash that has not went away and seems to be spreading no matter what medicine she is being put on. They never tried to help me figure out what she may be allergic to so that it can be put in her medical records no questions were asked about new things ate new soaps or new medicine given. Took my 21 month old in for bad cough. Dr said get a vaporizer and sent us home. Got home baby was coughing so bad he passed out. Took him to ER he had a fever and pneumonia. Dr at med express was a lazy and worthless.
