My husband and I totally dropped the ball (no pun intended) on his appointment. We thought it was for 8 am and low and behold it was at 7 am. Yup, he was late. The secretary, Stephanie, was absolutely rude and condescending. He was apologetic because it was our fault. He wanted to reschedule and was told that they were scheduling a few weeks out. No problem. Stephanie still had an attitude. Appointment was made for the next day. We arrived 15 minutes early as we were told to do so and still waited...The PT's are professional... read more

I go to Covenant Hemlock because 1) it is close to me, 2) the wonderful people they have. I have previously gone there for both blood draws & X-rays. I understand they had to stop doing blood draws. I still go there for X-rays & she went way out of her way to assist me. (You know who you are!) Both checking with my Dr. & her manager to make sure my orders for X-rays was corrected to greatly reduce duplicates. Thank you T.....
