DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I visited this clinic with my daughter today and the moment I walked in and asked about providing a digital copy of her insurance card, the front desk clerk was extremely rude and condescending. Naturally, I gave her the same attitude in return but coming from me (The “angry” black woman” ) It’s rude behavior and they made the decision to deny my 20 year old daughter service. The place is a dump. I had to walk out before they even called me back. Nasty.
I showed up for an appointment I had made to get my nexplanon implant replaced and when I signed in they told me that I didn’t have any appointments scheduled and that they don’t even insert nexplanon on Fridays. I even had an appointment card they gave me with the date and time of the appointment. That’s extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I rescheduled and I ended up getting the nexplanon and that went okay but I won’t be going back here.
I had a miscarriage in July and my doctor recommended Dr. Boles. I went to my first appointment in August I didn’t even talk to him for 10 minutes. I explained what happened he said I was fine to start regular activities. This man didn’t touch me or anything. I ended up having to come back because I was still bleeding. He ordered a ultrasound.
