What's not to love about this place? They offer just about everything from yoga, to free weights, machines, a pool with classes and a clean nice dressing room with showers. All for one low price. And the employees there are fabulous! Shout out to Kristy. She sees me there very often, and one day checked to make sure I was ok, when she sensed something was wrong. And the machines are top notch! The staff will happily show you how to get the best out of them. You can even watch Friends while walking/ jogging on the treadmills.... read more
