We love Covavent Glen. I can't say enough good things about CG. The staff treat dad with great care, kindness, and most important of all they treat him with respect. They go above and beyond. Thank you!
I have family staying at this placement. I do not recommend this to NO ONE!!!!!! Two faced staff, most employees put on a front in front of family! They don’t truly care about what the residents what or give any care to the staff who are actually treating my family with care. Staff who are treated poorly will treat clients poorly! I’m surprised this placement is still running!!! Pictures look nice but when you see the living placement in person it is not the greatest. Oh! Covenant Glen starts out treating new move ins really well. However, that lasts about a month and then the resident is taken for granted and there is no urgency to any requests. Turnover of help is frequent because of management’s inconsistency in their management style. I would not recommend this place at all
