I called this location and asked if there was a doctor or esthetician on site and the lady stumbled over her words and lied about who I was calling and even told me a fake number when it was clear on my caller ID that I was calling the right location. This to me is a red flag.
I called 2 weeks in advance to make an appointment and the lady on the phone seemed a bit confused. I made an appointment for Friday in the afternoon and I asked if I would get a confirmation email or message and the lady just said to leave a phone number so they could call if anything. Fast-forward to the day of my appointment, I leave work early and get there and the office is closed and no one answers the phone.
