DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION if u expect to be treated with professionalism or respect!! From the moment you walk in the receptionist Aubrey is extremely rude acting as if you’re interrupting/bothering her,won’t let u talk before it’s “fill this out n bring it back”with an attitude.The “new” receptionist also (which no one knew her name)Thankfully The dr was helpful medically obviously but she also stated she didn’t know their names.i will post over on Facebook and hopefully it will raise enough awareness to Covenant because f... read more

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this urgent care center. I initially brought my child in due to illness, and at the time, I was told to call back if he ended up needing to miss additional days of school so a school excuse note could be extended. Unfortunately, when I did just that, the front desk staff was unhelpful and rude. I’ve been to this clinic multiple times with my son. While it’s never very busy when we’ve visited, the wait time once you’re in the room is extremely long—much slower than it should be. On top of that, the staff has not been very courteous during our visits. Overall, the service and professionalism here leave a lot to be desired. When the doctor finally arrived she was super sweet.

I’ve been coming to this Covenant location in Lubbock for years whenever my children need medical care. Usually, the experience is smooth, and we’re in and out. However, my recent visit on the evening of July 23rd was frustrating enough that I feel the need to speak up.
