Extremely unprofessional. Along with poor family interactions. Very rude and unwelcoming staff. "House leads and nurses" think they run everything, even going as far as trying to alienate my family member, who is in the program, from the rest of us. So much so that the nurse texted me to essentially tell me off. I'm definitely going to be reporting to anyone I can until something is done. You need better training and better staff!

Favoritism runs rampant and good employees trying to do the right thing for clients are pushed down and the managers egos are too big to see the problems. Instead of taking opportunities to educate or improve their own employees, they have knee jerk reactions, and constantly put people down to inflate their own image of themselves. DO NOT!!!! Work for this company. Do not hire this company don't even think about this company. I put in 2 years at this company constantly understaffed, overworked, underpaid, and overstressed. More than once I worked 2+ days straight with no time off unable to go home. Constantly pulling 16+ hour-long shifts. Always told lies about newly hired employees coming but never seen. WAS NOT.
