With the upgraded counseling services 4C’s has offered from last year until now, I can honestly say my future does look better than my past. It’s definitely not an overnight process & mental health should be evaluated daily & 4C’s has given me the tools necessary to be able to do so personally. I’ve been less reactive & more calmER now than I could have ever imagined. 4C’s has offered me so many tools to be more forthcoming, observing & understanding.
