After doing business with a local company for many years, I had to find a new company for a new Carrier heat pump for my house. Michael, the owner, came to my house and inspected the heat pump I had as well as a mildew/mold problem. Michael was very easy to talk to. He explained what would need to be done to address the mildew/mold problem when the new heat pump was installed. Michael with Covenant Air Conditioning was an incredible communicator. He was thorough in his diagnosis and transparent in his quote. From my initial outreach to install, it was a one week, pain free process. Pricing was fair and competitive. No other vendor compared to the quality of customer service.
Never heard back from company after an onsite visit where I was promised a quote. Called the company and woke someone up at 10 am. They said they would get back to us. Never did.
So far very happy with install of new unit. Price was fair and team was very professional.
