OMG!!! If I could give this place 10 or 100 stars I totally would!!! The best customer service ever!!! Super clean and very professional! I had to get my monroe reopened and I had to get a new stud for my nose. I was treated like a princess from the moment I walked in to the moment I stepped out. I'm just blowned away by the high quality of the service I was provided.

I went to Coven the first time with a friend of mine to get her noise pierced a few months back. Even then, I was blown away with how extremely clean, careful and full of knowledge both Victor and Rheannon are. Today I got a daith piercing and I love it so much! Victor made sure I was very aware of what he was doing ever step of the way and gave me a detailed list of exactly how to care for my piercing afterwards along with plenty of supplies. Awesome experience! Rheannon and Victor are always so helpful and extremely professional! The consult is very helpful! I’ve gone twice and it’s been great! The room where they pierce you is clean/sterile like a doctors office😊 and Rheannon is so gentle and amazing! Definitely would recommend 100%!!! Plus they have beautiful pieces to chose from!!

I came here for piercings with Rheannon and she was awesome!! She was kind, detail-oriented and everything was done so professionally and sanitarily. I was very impressed and pleased with not only my piercings, but the service here, as well! In addition, there was a mistake on my part with the charge to my card and Victor was very helpful in correcting this for me, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for your future piercings, and I’ll definitely be back!
