I lived at Covell for a year, and it was truly the best apartment experience I've ever had. The only reason I left to move out of state. The management/office staff was nothing but wonderful. They were always quick to answer any questions or concerns, and so kind and friendly during every interaction from lease signing to move out. I didn't have many maintenance issues, but the few I had were address immediately and the maintenance team was fantastic. A structural nightmare. The hybrid parking garage located at the center ruins the entire vibe of the building. The entrances are nearly non-existant. Just embarrassing
