I’ve been here 3 months now and am very happy choosing Covell on the Promenade for my new home. I spent a couple of months researching and touring apartment complexes in the area before choosing Covell and it paid off. It’s a great location, near so many shops and restaurants, yet feels off the beaten path with a small lake and the Westminster City Park right next door. Maintenance is fast, responsive and professional. And the leasing staff are as well.
Dude originally from San Diego (can't remember his name but new to the area) gave us a walking tour and showed us the one unit we were interested in. All well and good. Ready to crunch some numbers then whoops, that apartment got taken the day before. That was the only layout we were interested in and he knew that before we started. One click of a button could have saved us all an hour... the guy meant well I suppose, but that was a pretty significant error if you ask me.

Management (Megan/Jordan) are the worst. Their instincts are awful. They want this place to be a frat boy's dream. As I'm typing this they're having a cowboy themed pool party like there are no families or older people that live here, songs blasting at a ridiculous volume. I asked one of them to turn it down and her answer is that it's not quiet hours. Absolutely no consideration for tenants paying $2500 to live in this place. Such a caring management team. Jordan goes over and beyond. Dont listen to the other reviews as they are bitter old souls who have nothing better than to bring people down and complain. Great job team covell at promenade.
