No star due to the active property management and the choice of words that were exchanged! I will have follow up Questions! My in-laws bought a house in Chester River Landing over two years ago. Pre-settlement repairs have not been completed. Covell Homes left the HOA broke! Don't buy their properties!
If we could give this builder a zero we would. We had a difficult customer experience. Before you sign a contract we recommend you take it to a lawyer. If you hire this company you will spend extra time hiring a home inspector and lawyer. It has been over a year now and our punch list is still not complete. The company does not take responsibility for the poor work of their subcontractors- especially the HVAC. The system that was installed is of poor quality and still needs follow up.
