Some of the most hideous in Edmonton. If you want someone to blame for littering the city with garbage properties, look to Cove.

I once lived in Magrath Mansion. Cove is one of a few condo builders I would recommend to fellow Edmontonians.

I lived in the Chateaux at Whitemud Ridge, which Cove built in 2004. In March 2017, we were hit with a special assessment totaling $750,000.00 (roughly $5000 per unit) because Cove forgot to install a waterproof membrane (or any sort of membrane) around the 86 patio pillars. The stucco around all the pillars was discolouring (which was only noticeable after 10+ years of weathering), and upon further investigation, it was discovered the wood pillars supporting all the patios were beginning to rot, due to the lack of a protect... read more

Our family can't say enough positive comments about Khalid and Cove Properties at The Parc at Edgemont. We purchased a condo for our father when he downsized from his home, and Khalid and his team were professional, courteous, and responsive to all of our needs and requests. Khalid went out of his way do some little things that made the whole experience special with the added personal touch.
