Have been dealing with Cove Pools and with Chuck even longer and they have bent over backwards whenever I have a problem. Was almost shocked to hear they would have unhappy customers. Five stars from this one.
Didn't open the pool correctly then charged us to come out and fix it.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Staff is unprofessional and lack basic pool knowledge. They don't stand behind their work even when issues are clearly their fault-- they blame everything on the customer. They do jobs they weren't asked to do and then charge you for it. Hopefully, this review helps anyone who might consider using them-- I wouldn't want anyone to go through what we have.
