absolutely awful place. they shine super bright lights directly into your apartment from the parking lot (especially that stupid light by the flag), they dont take care of the pests destroying cars (especially the wild birds who constantly do damage in the parking lot), and they tow cars for no reason without any signs as to why (even residents)
Electric bills that were outrageous everything is outdated
At first impression, Cove Landing might seem like the right place to buy and live. A nice fountain between two buildings, swimming pool, ample parking, and a garage. Really this place isn’t as great as they try to make it seem. The buildings are old and outdated with all units operating on electricity. Each unit has multiple floor-to-ceiling windows which lack in efficiency for heating and cooling.
