Absolutely horrible!! My daughter bought a groupon and had Erin when she went in. She bought the groupon for balayage highlights with a cut and conditioning treatment. When she went in she explained to Erin how she really wanted the balayage highlights since not only did she like the way it looked but also because she wouldn't be able to get back in on a regular basis to keep full highlights up.
