This practice feels very much like it is being run like an ER waiting room. It is incredibly full, almost to the point of standing room only. The entire appointment felt so rushed. I was nicked on the tongue twice and the tech never apologized. The dentist seemed very antsy to move on to the next patient. They're obviously a well oiled machine, but I personally don't want to feel like a cog in that machine. Take the time, slow down.
This office was highly recommended to me by a friend, and I can honestly say the service exceeded my expectations! From the front desk staff to the team in the back and the doctors, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. You can truly tell that they care about their patients and the experience they provide. Thank you all again for such a wonderful visit! I will definitely be recommending this office to others!
