My dog recently had an ultrasound at The COVE, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing—kind, professional, and very caring throughout the entire visit. The facility was extremely clean, and everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for the excellent care my dog received and would highly recommend The COVE to anyone needing diagnostic care for their pet!!

AMAZING experience - well worth the drive from Chicago for the best care at a great price! I found COVE on my own after my dog was diagnosed with a liver mass on ultrasound at a veterinary urgent care. I researched options and decided to contact COVE due to the straightforward pricing and clear website. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Email communication was clear and detailed. I recently brought my dog Chase in for a CT scan. From my initial phone call, I was very impressed. They were able to give me the price and an overview of the whole procedure. Once I scheduled the appointment, I got an email with very clear instructions so I knew what to expect and how to prepare for the appointment. We visited COVE twice, for a CT Scan on Luna and an ultrasound for Moxy (both dogs) within a week of each other. Erika met with us both times to walk us through everything and performed the ultrasound. It was a scary and sad time for us, but Erika made us feel as comfortable as possible and clearly cared for our girls even though they'd just met. They also sent us thorough interpretations quickly so we could move forward with next steps with our vet. We highly recommend COVE.
