We are still waiting for someone to come to repair the electric stove and oven – it's the fifth day without the ability to cook food at home. And the apartment gets cold when the outdoor temperature drops.

Had a tour with Caleb. He did a great job showing me around the property and was very thorough. He answered all my questions. Nice little property with nice apartment layouts.
My brother lives here and for some reason I keep getting calls from them about my brother's maintenance requests and about lease related items (meetings, resign, and general inquiries). I have asked them over 3 times now to take me off their list and that I don't live there. I talked to an interim manager (sounds like a revolving door in office) and he said he would take me off of it.... next day I get a call from them again.
