Had a tour with Caleb. He did a great job showing me around the property and was very thorough. He answered all my questions. Nice little property with nice apartment layouts.
My brother lives here and for some reason I keep getting calls from them about my brother's maintenance requests and about lease related items (meetings, resign, and general inquiries). I have asked them over 3 times now to take me off their list and that I don't live there. I talked to an interim manager (sounds like a revolving door in office) and he said he would take me off of it.... next day I get a call from them again. I have lived at the Cove for a couple years and it has gone down considerably since the change in management. Extremely over priced. Roughly 1750 this last month once utilities included and paid personally are factored in. The building is falling apart and is repaired is the cheapest way possible. The back door currently opens about half the time, washers and constantly out of service, the heat was out for an extended period of time in the middle of winter, no hot water for a week during a stretch of negative degree temps, a... read more
Excellent maintenance service now that Lloyd has been hired. He is very quick to respond to maintenance requests and is very conscientious and experienced.
