This is the worse place to live. Management is useless, the police is always needed, there's insect infestations, they have no sense of urgency in helping with issues, the neighborhood kids do whatever they want/whenever. Mangement Alex and Gelacio are trash. Concord Rent as a whole are scammers. DO NOT LIVE THERE
We’ve been here for a little over a year. We’ve battled insane roachs that have even gotten in our cars. They say they will spray, but no help with the cars. The park is unfit for toddlers. The only useful amenity is the pool. Which brings me to the review. We have a two year old who gets zero use from the playground because it’s trash. The pool has been closed an average of three days a week. Today being a holiday weekend…NO POOL!! Gates locked with no note. This place is a joke! Don't be fooled by your first impressions. They make people wait for maintenance requests up to a month. Don't be late on your rent payment as you will pay a high late payment. How does this make sense? We pay our rent on time, are good tenants but it's okay that they don't fix our broken sinks, washers, dryers, leaks and so on! Hmmmm beware as there is nobody to complain to.
