I lived at Cove for a year, and had a wonderful experience. West Freeman is definitely a gem in the property management realm, and had I not needed to move, I would have extended my lease. They are helpful, kind, and seem interested in maintaining tenants rather than treating them solely as a number. Connor was extremely helpful and responsive as I was touring and applying for my unit, and continued to be throughout my lease. The units themselves are nice with decent floor plans. I am deeply concerned for my safety in a building run by this management company. Despite numerous complaints over three months about escalating rooftop parties, nothing was done. These gatherings, which involved drugs, recently led to a shooting. The sense of neglect is everywhere, including a disgusting trash area where I found a person injecting drugs.
