From my visits with my dear friend whom lives here the only issue is the washers and dryers should be regularly cleaned according to the manufacturer recommendations. I feel the apartments are clean and well maintained. They are fairing on the spacious side The appliances are not outdated and are well maintained. The atmosphere is quiet and serene I always enjoy visiting my dear friend here when I need to get away and enjoy the peace and beautiful views sitting on the porch.
I came in was told that 2 units were moving out, was told all these people's business which I didn't care to know, explained me and my child needed a place we were living in our car, so was told to turn in application and all the paperwork needed and was told disabled and elderly had priority which I am disabled on disability low-income very low income and I was told to come in at 11:00 to bring all the necessary paperwork then I've got a email I was on the tail end the disabled and elderly had priority again I'm disabled th... read more
I have left messages via email and voicemail but no one gets back to me
Kind of hard to rent an apartment when no one is ever there, no one answers the phone, and the mailbox is full so no one will get your message.
Very nice no cockroaches and it’s definitely not infested with cats
