The person I spoke with over the phone was very rude when I mentioned I was just trying to get estimates. Charging $300 just for diagnostics doesn’t make sense to me. I understand that it’s a holiday, or they are fully booked due to busy summer season when everyone’s ac units are going out , but that shouldn’t give anyone the right to overcharge or take advantage of people’s situations. I would give it 0 star if possible.
COVAR Air Care came out to service our A/C, which hadn’t been cooling off in the BDRM. Within just a few minutes, Pablo Jr. came out and showed us pictures of what our old A/C looked like. It was on its’ last leg! They quoted us a price and within a day (literally), they were here (all the guys so nice and so respectful), and changed it out completely; the outside unit, inside unit and duct work! We couldn’t be happier with them! If you have a need, PLEASE use these guys! I highly recommend them!! P. Case Pearland, TX
