On July 31, 2025, Kitsap County granted us the certificate of occupancy for our Coval built home. If you are considering having a custom home built, we ‘strongly’ recommend Coval; we cannot be happier with the home that we are moving into. They have a great team and allow you to customize an existing plan to your desires.
