I broke a tooth the night before leaving my home in Maine for a 4-month stay in Hilton Head. A friend referred me to Couzens Dental, where I was able to get an appointment for the day after I arrived. Every person I met at the practice was friendly and professional. Dr. Couzens assessed the broken tooth, discussed what my options were, prepared and placed a crown. Within 2 hours, I walked out with a new smile.
I experienced the most welcoming, wonderful and professional service today at Dr Couzens' practice. Thank you to all, from the front desk, to Shawna my Hygienist and, of course to Dr Couzens.
Had an awesome experience getting a crown done by Dr. Susan Couzens yesterday. She did a perfect job. Uses really cool state of the art technology. Could not be happier with the experience. She purchased the practice from my longtime friend and dentist. Dr. Bob Saverese. The transition has been seamless. Dr. Childs was amazing in my visit today, no pain, very comfortable and amazing staff. Her assistant was as top notch as the Dr. Is. I highly recommend this place, I left in tears from the amazing work that was done. I can't thank them enough.
