Terrible customer service, and they don't honour their warranty! A piece of my roof detached and fell to the ground after 7 years. I reached out to SIPA to put it back (a 10-minute job). I had to chase the guy for 2 months. When he did finally come to look at it he told me he didn't have a ladder so he would come back the next day to put the piece back. When I texted him a week later he basically said there was no free lunch - I would have to pay him to come back (after screwing around for more than 2 months!). Extremely dis... read more

Stay away from THEM! They take your money and fail to deliver and fulfill the terms of the contract. They will not return your calls if you run into problems with the roof they made. I paid over $16,000 for a brand new roof that started leaking damaging my interior in less than 3 months. The 10 year warranty they offer is worthless since they disappear when you reach out. I had to hire another roofer and pay many thousands more to repair the brand new roof.
