I visited Olivia after a very painful work place shoulder/neck injury and having previously worked with doctors and chiropractors with no improvement. I found Olivia professional and knowledgeable but also willing to listen to your concerns and a friendly approach. She suggested IMS needling along with exercises and whilst at first I was sceptical (also the fact I hate needles) the injury is nearly completely healed, still improving and my range in neck hasn’t felt this good in years. Today was my first time going to Couve Health and not the last! I was a little anxious about chiropractic therapy but hit a road block with physio, acupuncture etc. Pamella Balomenos was my doctor and she made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She asked thoughtful questions, explained her process and checked in with me repeatedly throughout the appointment. I left Couve feeling so much looser and comfortable after my adjustments. I have already booked my follow up appointment. I absolutely recommend !
