I absolutely love JOHNNY I get him everytime. Amazing work
I frequent this nail spa because it is convenient. Unfortunately they lack consistency with their services. Some of their nail technicians do not know what they doing. The technician poured hot candle wax on my leg. It was obvious that the wax was too hot because it melted the container that it was in. The package was supposed to come with complimentary glass of wine and a 10 minute massage. I didn't get either but I was still charged for that package. I really wanted to like this place, but my toes look absolute mess to pay $85. I was super disappointed called them came back for them to fix it and the customer service Absolutely sucks! the manager shrugged her shoulders when I was not happy with the new work that was done. I went outside, looked at my feet took another picture and went back inside and showed the manager and that lady was so rude to me. A customer actually ended up giving me my money back.
