Worst Service Experience, Recommend Boston Nail Bar as a Nearby Alternative I was turned away repeatedly, twice as a walk in and once I had booked an appointment. When I stated I had made an appointment for the acrylic fill-in, the woman had me wait outside the salon and allowed 3 separate walk-ins (one who she did not realize I was friends with and confirmed to me that she hadn't made an appointment). I wish I could review the quality of their work, however I never got that far and my friend just had the same experience. This place has no respect for reservations. Once you get there they will tell you to wait for hours well past your reservation. They will never provide any reason and instead are quite rude. I don’t know why they treat some customers that way, but this is the worst experience I had in a nail salon ever. (below are messages from when my friend went there)

Kayla was amazing; she did my nails (Gel X) carefully and really took her time! So happy with how my nails turned out!
