Specific to the Oasis Chaise lounge- we purchased over 100 of these and while they are beautiful, the assembly quality is poor. Swing arms fall off completely, protective covers for arm sets are useless and the very worst part- lack of follow up and correction from Couture Jardin. Despite multiple attempts for a permanent resolution, we are now months into this request and no one with Couture Jardin seems to care about their furniture falling apart.
