This shop is fantastic. They only sell wedding gowns and accessories for the bride (no MOB or bridesmaids) and because of that they are super experts on wedding gowns. They love what they do and they love their brides. They have so much patience and love for understanding for each bride and her particular need. This is the sweetest bridal shop I have ever been in. The attention to detail, the sweet ladies that run the shop, and the selection of bridal gowns are the very best in the Louisville area. All brides need to avoid this bridal store if they value kindness and a stress free environment. I am so disappointed that I suggested this establishment to my niece. Time is the most important thing to the owners of this business, not the customer's time, but theirs. My niece and her mother (my sister) drove from Bowling Green, Kentucky to the appointment and happened to be several minutes late. I had the BEST experience buying my wedding gown here. I'm getting married in KY and live in the NYC area but I bought my dress here because of the wonderful service. Lauren is a dream to work with. Every bride should have it this good.
