AWFUL! Bob did not deliver as we expected. Our cake base had chipped paint, music keys were misshapen and music notes fell off after delivery. The music notes were supposed to appear as they would on a sheet of music, with bar lines and all...our looked like a jumbled mess. Additionally, we were disappointed and dismayed at Bob's unprofessional response and inability to even have a conversation with us about careless mistakes he made.
