I came in New Year’s Day for a BLOW OUT, upon arrival the lady asked how I wanted my hair I said “just some pretty round brush curl” She blew my hair completely straight with no volume and then curled it without communicating at all and then charged me $60 for what should’ve been a $40 blow out. I have called back several times to speak with the owner or manager to figure out why I was charged more than the price of the blowout and was denied the opportunity to speak with the manager / owner. Highly recommend Rachel at Couture Blo Bar! I’ve been going to her for about a year for regular blowouts. She is so nice and does a great job every time! I always get compliments on my hair after seeing her. She also styled my daughter’s hair for a dance and it looked amazing.
Rachel is the best! Highly recommend getting a blow out with her, you will not be disappointed!
