After the great price and excellent service I received I think people should know. I texted Zach at 5:00 p.m. the evening my furnace quit working. Zach was on my porch 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Our furnace was 31 years old We made the decision to replace it instead of trying to fixing it. Zach went back to the shop pick me up space heaters dropped them at our house so we would have heat that night. I’d like to quote what Steve said to me today: “our customers are not just numbers to us we really do care about them”! That sums it up because Steve and Kyle took very good care of us. They installed the new air conditioner today after the old one finally Died after 20 years of taking care of cooling our house. I’d like to mention that Saturday in 2025 it looks like air conditioners are gonna go up at least 30% if not more. On top of that with the complexity of the control panels having to monitor a slightly flammable refri... read more
