Initially, great response to our inquiry (hence the 2 stars). But, after the initial visit with Tyler, and 2 appointments with the "architect ", SILENCE! We called and texted and were ghosted. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend them at all! If you dont want a job, have the courtesy to let the customer know.
Rui Costa and Wesley were curious, friendly and easy to work with. Above all they did an excellent job.
The workers were on time, got right to work and did a great job!
We recently used Couto Construction for an exterior remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The on-site crew was skilled and courteous. It was clear they took pride in their work, and it absolutely shows in the final result. The production office was fantastic—they delivered on their promises, communicated well, and helped ease any concerns we had along the way.
