Dr. Coutant's office was great to work with. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Coutant was thorough and very patient, as were his staff. I even ended up bringing my kids to him as well, and was impressed with how well he worked with one of my kids who isn't always able to be verbal.
Do not go here unless you want to be taken for your money. I paid for glasses and contacts and because I didn't live in the city they are in and couldn't get up there all the time. I am a disabled person and don't drive a lot so the few times I was able to go to Eugene, they were closed on a Thursday and it just so happened my next trip was on a Thursday and that is when I realized that it wasn't just a weird close date that once, it was all the time. I saw Dr. Coutant today for an eye exam. I could not be happier with my experience. Dr. Coutant is very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and concerns thoroughly. He is extremely patient and truly cares about his patients. I was kindly welcomed by Lisa who explained all the procedures prior to seeing Dr. Coutant. A very positive experience for sure.
