My family received a wonderful service from Cousins USA Moving. They were extra trustworthy and respectful, not to mention hardworking. They packed and transported our things so quickly and efficiently and also for a really reasonable price. Their approach is professional and they treat their clients with respect. Highly recommend this moving company!

I was thoroughly impressed by Cousins USA Moving. I can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble. The guy who came to do the packing and loading was knowledgeable and showed us the best way to pack all our stuff, you can have them pack too but we thought we'd save some pennies. The crew on the day was lovely. They handled the move very well and I was very pleased with the service received. The quote was the best received from many different companies. I would highly recommend using them.

The movers of this company are *******!!! It was supposed to be furniture move only. The movers ***** money out of the closet from a drawer. They opened up shoe boxes to look for stuff. They did not even put things back as they were. They were not supposed to be in the closet. The closet door was closed. One guy kept using the bathroom to go into the closet. One of the wallets with my grandmothers wedding ring and cash they emptied, and left in the other bathroom. When they got to another apt, they ***** money out of my moth... read more

Money stolen , items damaged- delay in service when the originally assigned truck became disabled requiring overnight storage and some sort of delivery the next day

You would think that these movers were actually working on their own properties when they work on your stuff. They did it with all of their hearts as if it was theirs. This is why they render excellent and highly professional service. I have never seen movers as dedicated as the workers from Cousins USA Moving. No wonder they have 100% positive reviews because they are positive all round. I have never had a move as perfect as this. I've moved multiple times in the past 10 years, and this was by far the best experience! Such friendly, efficient, and kind movers. Careful with my stuff and very efficient (it was clear this was not their first rodeo!) They were on time and they completed the move in the 2.5 hours, even when the building I moved into happened to be painting my apartment when we arrived creating a little bit of an obstacle and challenge! I would use this same crew again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

After moving 6 times, I guess I can call myself a moving expert. In the midst of many moving companies, I found Cousins USA Moving to be quite different from others. First of all, they charged me very reasonably while they moved my things a few weeks ago. Their crew showed up on time and they were very efficient. Outstanding service by Cousins USA Moving started with the sales guy's rapid response to my time sensitive move--he was on the horn immediately looking for a driver to transport my household. But he didn't stop there. He took the initiative to stay engaged and was responsive to my requests along the way. The driver was superb--friendly, careful with my property, and efficient. Happy to say my property arrived intact and in a very timely fashion. Moving a household isn't cheap, but this was money well spent.
