Great people great place 🥰
I have contacted corporate twice with no reply! I am very concerned and disappointed how one of their locations treated a 16-year-old autistic boy as an employee! If I don't hear back soon then I will be taking other steps in a process to make sure that Justice is served for this 16-year-old boy who has autism and was treated so poorly and unfairly!
Ordered delivery Thur the app, unbeknown to me the delivery was Thur Door Dash, driver somehow was given wrong address,my order was cancelled, I am now getting the runaround from cousins about giving me a refund, I will never, ever visit cousins subs ever again, they steal your money.
Smaller subs, higher prices, industry average quality. Cousins, you need to up your game! Less profit, better product.
They used to have a tagline "Better Bread, Better Subs, Cousins Subs". Well the bread used to be very similar to Gonnella or Turano with a great crisp outside and soft inside. Now its smaller in diameter and mushy like Sway bread. Also smaller portions and overpriced. Very disappointing. Been going there since 1989 so I can tell. Called corporate about it they stated no changes were made. Untrue. We have been let down.
