Visited this location on 12/30 around 630pm. The location ran out of bread and other veggies. The two associates working were not friendly and were more focused on closing the store than dealing with the long line of customers waiting to spend money. This was my first experience at Cousins and I will be not returning for a second, unfortunately.
Horrible service from one of the best sandwich shop brands. I visited on 12/12/25. Employees acted like they were doing me a huge favor by making my sandwich at 6:20 PM. Very racist in their approach - not too friendly to people with light skin. They then proceeded to close the restaurant early at 6:30, leaving dozens of passengers little to no options for eating. Your posted hours state that you are open until 8:00. Unacceptable Cousins - you need better employees at this location.
One sub was $27 after taxes. We got a bacon and chicken sub that was 15 inches so it was split into 2 sandwiches. One of the sandwiches had literally no bacon or cheese on it. I’m not sure how that is even possible. The chicken looked like the outside of an omelet where it was one thin folded over sheet of chicken. I’ve never described chicken as a “sheet” before. Overall, this was both the most expensive sub I have ever bought by far, and the worst sub I have ever bought by far
just now New Showed up at 6:21 PM and tried to order and the guy had an entire attitude and said that he would help me but I’m his last customer in a complete and utter tone from hell. I told him don’t worry about it but why does your website say you’re open until eight and how would people know that at an airport. Typically I love coming to this location before heading out of town. But today- no ma’am. What I noticed was the fries we ordered seemed partially full. Not sure if they measured to account for the 3 we ordered. For some reason the lengths of the two cheesesteaks we ordered were significantly and noticeably shorter than the turkey sub.
