placed an order for pickup and it says everywhere including the door they're open til 10pm, doors were locked and I had just been walking from the nearest building called and said I'm picking up it said it's open and the doors are locked and she told me to come walk to the drive thru window just to continue having me stand at the drive thru in 30 degree weather Very cold and inconsiderate response and should look into what times are publicly listed and that was very embarrassing as I understood I would be picking up and ever... read more
I did a drive thru order so I couldn't taste the atmosphere. Hadn't had a sub in awhile so I stopped to grabbed a few for dinner. Service was great. Stay was friendly. Food was excellent.
The attitude of these workers when you ask for extra things. My sandwich was dry and steak over cook!
5 stars goes all to the lady who helped me cover my meatball sub in the drive thru after learning cousin's doesn't do tap pay in driver thru. >.< How does cousin's not do tap pay?? Anyways, thank you for helping me satisfy my impulsive comfort food craving <3
