It was a horrible experience the woman that was working counter at 12:30 today Karina Katrina Gordon she was very rude and disrespectful she act like she had an attitude for no apparent reason and the only thing we did was order some food her customer service skills is horrible I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to complain about her
Came in today and ordered a Philly cheese before I left I opened my sandwich to make sure it was done right and glad I opened it before I left it was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered they got my sandwich mixed up with someone else’s when I went to the counter the lady who prepared the orders asked me for my receipt I told her I just got it and the sandwich was cold and wasn’t a Philly cheese steak she asked how is it cold I just made it with an attitude the cashier didn’t even apologize nor did the manager... read more
