Normally the service and food are good. But on this visit I pulled in the drive thru at 9:05pm on July 29 and waited a few minutes for an employee to answer to take my order, no one did and I had to drive off. Posted hours say there’re open to 10pm and the Open sign was on in the window. Very disappointed in the service this night.
Nothing beats a Traditional Spicy Italian at Cousin's in New Berlin. Traveled far just to get this.
