This location has gone significantly downhill in the past few years, the employees are rude, they consistently mess up orders and it’s always a huge mess behind the counter at least it was the few times I’ve been there recently. They also seem to go out of their way to be difficult about accepting coupons and their prices just continue to go up.
I had the best amazing service and experience with RJ best hard worker.
I had a very disappointing experience here. Kelly, the manager, raised her voice at me when I pointed out that the sandwich she made was done incorrectly. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, she became defensive and said they never issue refunds and that I would have to call corporate if there was a problem. This was a $9 sandwich mind you, and she’s an ADULT. Mistakes happen, what was frustrating was the way it was handled. When we arrived there was a couple waiting for their food....keep that in mind. We waited a good 20 mons for 2 cold sandwiches. The one sandwhich maker looked confused and disorientated.one of our sandwiches was incorrect....when we left, that couple was still waiting. Whoever was working the grill today...cannot handle the job. Probably the worst service I've ever had there. It used to be such a good cousins!
