Kristina was great throughout the entire purchase. Jon was awesome with the walk through and hitch setup. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly group! Update. Work takes too long. Communication is non existent. I was also sold a WDH installed ($1300) that is 450 lbs under what my trailer needed. I have had tow issues since I pulled it off the lot. We bought a trailer in 2022 from cousins rv now blue compass. Since the purchase we have had nothing but problems with it. To be specific the electrical system. In trying it out for a few days the electrical in the pull out did not work. Took it in for that and a few other repairs. Got it back after weeks of it sitting there until they finally got it done. Then we were getting ready to go on a trip. RV packed in the car ready to go and no power again. This time it was the disconnect switch. Once again in shop for weeks for a... read more

I wouldn't bring my RV there for service. They don't really know what they're doing and accuse you of sabotaging things to justify charging for repairs, go somewhere else.
