5 Star : My Experience would have appreciated an e-mail on Thursday 2/20 saying you expect the car to be done on Fri 2/21. We were out of the house on Fri 2/21 from 0700 to 1230 and did not know the work on the car was finishing up. The voice mail on Fri was a surprise.
